What to do when the dream becomes a nightmare.

No one sets out to fail. The entrepreneurial dream is always to create a preferable future. The picture of that better future becomes so clearly etched in the mind, it makes the risk seem at times, non-existent.

The Importance of Failure

Dear Young Chef,

You’re going to have a night like this.  Trust me, it’s going to happen. Better to spend your effort on deciding how to deal with it rather than fretting over how to prevent it.  Your best laid plans to do so will get squashed, leaving you without a well formed answer.
