Each week, Chef Kevin and his team will craft an experience around a food that you are not sure about.  An ingredient will be served three ways to show the diversity of the food in the form of an appetizer, soup, salad, main entree, or dessert..  This is an educational event as well as a dinner presentation.  Come prepared to learn something new about food you never knew you could like.

Cost: $5 to join the club and reserve a seat. Basic menu price is $25 paid at each event.  This price includes three courses, and a beverage.  Additional drinks can be purchased. Gratuity is not included.
