We are tapping into this tradition with an observance of our own, a chance for you to try new wine and new food. One challenge as a chef is knowing how to introduce new dishes to our clientèle without being pretentious or inaccessible. We are taking this chance to showcase some items you may not normally try, but we believe you will find appealing.
The menu is listed below. In keeping with our Slow Meal tradition, the idea is to come early and enjoy the new wine and savory small plates of our new food all evening long.
