As I’ve said before, food is a terribly personal expression. The better experiences we remember are most assuredly presented by creators that deeply care about what they give you.
Food does not lie. It will tell you how it was treated in its journey from inception to your table. You will hear its story loud and clear. If mistreated, it will bear those marks. If it was handled with care, it will also be just as obvious. And that’s what makes you want to return to hear its story over and over again.
This is the environment we want you to experience. We want to treat everyone who enters our doors as if they were a friend dropping in for a visit. And just like home, we plan to have a nice table ready, some good music playing and memorable food waiting for you.
In our experience of catering private parties at homes, the one place that people seem to most often gravitate is the kitchen. There might be bigger rooms in the house, but many guests eventually find their way to the kitchen and stay there. This is also true when the family gets together for holidays or special occasions. We all like the kitchen.
So with this in mind, we wanted you to be as close to our kitchen as possible. As you walk in, you will see the baker making your bread in front of a counter you can sit at and watch the action take place, ask a few questions, and maybe even get a hot out of the oven sample. See, just like at home.
As you read this, we may not know you, but we want to treat you like we do. Watch for our opening date soon, and plan to stop by and see for yourself.

I would so love to stop by and see for myself! I thoroughy intend to do just that. Praying for your success here, now.
